BEEN TAGGED!!!

Well, here are seven things that randomly describe me: 1 . LOVE, LOVE rain, will run out and will drench myself to the bone!!. 2 . I am a romantic at heart, absolutely loose myself in Rumi's poetry!. 3 . Unpplanned moments are my favorites, ( like a fortuitous look from a beautiful stranger) 5 . Really do believe that there is a ''Goddess within". 6 Every time i wake up i think: ''What adventures await for me this day?.....'' 7. Life truly is a basket of fruits and chocolates, there is always something sweet for the palate to choose from.....

Energy and its Vibrations........

"E = mc2 Energy equals mass times the speed of light squared" - Albert Einstein

Have you ever thrown a pebble into a lake? And watched as hundreds of ripples are created in the water and a certain vibration appears from the ripples? ENERGY yes , just as when you walk in a carpet and all of the sudden you receive a chok! ENERGY! Or rub against someone and receive a grand chok of ENERGY!
Even when you are in a certain state of emotional happiness and your hairs stand on edge...ENERGY! Everything here on earth has vibrational energies, everything moves and is alive, from the tiniest speck of dust , to the great mountains of rock and the amazing beings we really are. We transmit energy, we receive, we atract and we create by the concepts that we are
Energy is all around us, we can truly say that we are magnetic/energetic beings, now what kind of energy do we emanate? Is it pleasing being around us, are we positive, happy, hopeful, loving or are we sad, angry, depressed hateful?
The body is considered to be as a type of battery composed of three vital parts.
1. Structure - The cells and the organs, bones, muscles, skin layers, blood vessels, nerves and other physical structures that they form.
2. Liquid - The intra and inter-cellular liquids that play important roles in the generation of electrical energy.
3. Electrical charge: The charge responsible for activating the body and its structures ,it is called
"Life force", life energy , spirit, electromagnetism or "chi" as the chinese refer to it.
We aquire vital energy thru the food that we partake, specially if we partake of nutricious green food, non foods with preservatives etc..by the air that we breathe, by cosmic radiation, and by restful sleep. We humans have an aura around us as a sort of magnetic field, seen to a few and scientists have proven its excistense with the advent of Kirlian photography.
A simple description of the aura suggests that it is made up of coloured flames of energy that are emitted from the human body. The colours of the aura have been determined to be reflective of health and energy levels. Light, clean colours indicate good health and high energy levels, whilst dark, heavy colours indicate disease.
The energy that derives from our energy fields truly speaks for itself, for if we are happy, people notice and are attracted like bees to honey, if we are the opposite of this, people also notice and stay away, for who wants to be around negative energy?
We should always remember that we have a great responsibility to our world, for our energy can move the world! And as the ripples in the water they will return from whence they came.
So, it is a question we must ask ourselves, what kind of energy am I creating, what does my vibrational energy emanate? What energy do I want returned?
And, what am I willing to do to bring my vibrational energy up?
Everything can change, if we will it, we are powerful Beings and we can increase our energy by thinking positive, with loving thoughts, by re-thinking and practising some form of
internal art such as Tai Chi.
We are the Masters of our world and the energy we eat, and breathe is but a mirror of what we think of ourselves........

Autumn is Here!!

One of my favorite seasons has just begun its new transformation; it is now in the early stages, for the trees still maintain their green summer foliage, just one or two leaves here and there have changed their colors to crimson reds and yellows. The air is crisper, the winds blow more fiercely, the days become shorter, there is a feeling of renewal as the birth of a new season approaches. The earth shares of her summer bounties, little country side stands sell of their crops, a wide variety of apples such as : honey crisp apples, mutzu, summer reds and all sorts of pumkins, peaches, pears, onions, and lovely figs grace the countryside with their colours.
Autumn or even better said.....Fall, when the leaves drop gracefully one by one outwardly towards the ground...feeding the earth once more in this new cycle with nutrients from its leaves to nourish its soils . The trees are left bare of its natural cover exposing their nakedness to the world, thus a certain feeling of somberness surrounds all, yet Nature expresses her happy face with the wondrous array of colours she portrays! Autumn......its sunsets filled with romanticisms take your breath away! There is a slower pace occurring, as if Mother Nature begins to prepare for her moment of silence and deep slumber. Nature's true nature derives from the Universal Source, carrying within its roots a deep and ancient wisdom, which expresses itself in all of its creating seasons in being perfection itself.
She has kept herself busy during the spring and summer months, bringing new life to all she touches and now it is time to recover her energies and replenish inasmuch as she has so innately given throughout the year. There is a time for all seasons in Nature as well as in our spirituality/humanity,we must take time to ponder, honor our sacredness, observe and to learn from her; to allow a rest from the chatter, noisy sounds of our minds and external surroundings. To rid ourselves of the unwanted, and make room for what is to come; in other words to undress before the world in our truth exposing our true nature.
Go into the depths of your souls at this moment in time, rejuvenate with the calming, soothing forces of Autumn, refilling and reawakening our hearts.. minds with its quiet and serene
passing. Drink in the timeless magic of wondrous Autumn and become One with its Nature, thus will we also transform.......

JUST BEING...............

Today seemed to be just a regular day, but I always find hidden little surprises!! I was in a garden  and followed a bee, it was so delicate and dainty, yet it flew as if it had a thousand wings.!  It would land on a beautiful red hybiscus flower and drink its nectar then would fly over to a  yellow daisy and linger a bit there, but it would always return to the hybiscus, I figured that its nectar must be sweeter. Then I noticed the skies where overcast, the sun had hidden its face for awhile, yet one could see its rays coming thru the clouds creating a feeling of expectancy . The wind marked its path by blowing fiercely and with gusto, all of the sudden I saw lighting up by the rocky mountains and waited......thunder was surely on its way. Sure enough its echoing sounds rang thru across the valleys as if it carried a message for us all to hear, I could sense its powerful energy!
Then all of the sudden, across the skies I watched mesmerized as two rainbows of unusual brightness began to develop and I thought to myself :" God is the Master Painter, he  creates masterpieces from simple things and does it so effortless, and I believe that he shows us our Divinity by exposing us  to Divine things".  That instant I felt a deep gratitude for such beauty, and for having the privilege to have been present at that moment.  I love my Life!!!

WHAT LIFE MEANS TO ME.......(AN ANALOGY)

For the last couple of days I have  been thinking about what life means to me, and today these words appeared on my mind so clearly,  thus allowing  my soul to speak in reference to Life .
That: " Life without Love is like an empty glass without water, or as a human without breath".
This showing me once more the importance of Love, seeing the emptiness of the glass without its life giving energy, for water is Life therefore energy! Without it, there is no Life!   Therefore,  there is no Life without Love.!  Neither is there Life without Air!  Nor can there be Life without God!!
Many thoughts adjacent and relevant to this subject  have become part of my daily living, thus teaching, encouraging to further analize into the meaning of Life .
We humans can survive many days without food, but fewer days without water, and we can only remain but, for a few moments without air.   I became aware of the thought of Life being  without two of its primary elements,  Water, and Air.
These precious elements so vital,  are as essential as Love;  for without it, we humans are empty vessels.
Life is God....... for God is Life....therefore Life is Love and All Things Are......
Thus, Life is Breath.....for Air is Life, yet the day shall come when we exhale our last physical  breath, then will our spiritual self breathe into a new form of Love .....for we are beings of Love....and Love carries on .. in its infinite perfect circle .
So....Always  Live Life with Great Passion for Love......Seek it with a hunger in all its Loving forms......Drink it as you would Water, and fill your cups with it until your heart's content. Breathe it,  filling your nostrils with  gusto as you would Air....or as if it were your last humanly  breath on earth .
After your experience of Life, once it has become a part of you in all its Glory, and its sweetness travels throughout your veins like a close friend..... go out into the world and open up  your heart , let your Energy  of Love shower the world without end!
And remember: '' Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away" .  Carpe Diem!!

THE POET IN ME.....................

Throughout the years I have compiled many expressions of my inner thoughts, all are rhymes of the heart and speak only to the heart. ( 2008 Copyright on all 3 poems)

Life is wonderous
because Thou Art Wonder
Life is Happiness
because Thou Art...
How is it possible
to have not perceive Thee?
If Thou Art closer to me
than my own heart....

Change

As the wind moves
from place to place
even the seasons
do remake, themselves
in wonderment
creating a new moment,
Water stilled in puddles
stagnant, rots
no one day is the same
clearly as sun and rain
For as a clock ticks
its way,
delivering momentum
occuring precisely,
its purpose
divine intervention
awareness...
embraces time
deliriously succumbing
here, now
your heart and mine
to the soul of matter

A Day in the life of God

Crimson skies
fertile valleys,
clouds that dance
in bold expressions
Whispers, constant echoes
through resounding impressions,
radiant pleasures
nature's treasure....
Abounding beauty
unspoken leasures...
A breath of inspiration
in its vast dimensions
Splendor, stillness
all speak of glory
Each one perfection
Yet, simplicity
God's creation.
